Green Ladder responded to my initial inquiries timely and were happy to schedule a meeting to evaluate my construction needs. The owner, Zachary, is knowledgeable, creative, and detail oriented. He suggested some approaches that I never would have considered and demonstrated excellent knowledge of proper construction practices. The crew was on site for several weeks and completed a number of significant projects rapidly and with great craftsmanship. These guys work fast and yet they will not cut corners. A shout out to Curtis who led the on-site activities. He was professional, personable, and very accomodating. It’s obvious from the communication, workmanship quality, and timeliness, that Zachary understands the big picture of running a successful construction company. He prioritizes customer satisfaction and the comfort that created for me resulted in a very low stress process which isn’t always the case when undertaking such projects. This is a well run company with professionals at every level. I’ll be doing business with them again and again!

We wanted a pergola for our south facing deck for many years, but all the bids were more than I wanted to spend and some contractors simply couldn’t design something that fit the constraints. Green Ladder worked with us to design a custom one using top tier materials, for a great price, and remained responsive during the whole project. I’ll definitely be using them for future projects.

I highly recommend this company! I had them replace decking on my front porch from old painted wood to composite decking. Finished in estimated time of 2 days and at estimated cost. Very good about keeping me informed.

I really appreciate how responsive Green Ladder Contractors was to our request. They quickly got our remodeling project lined up, stuck to their proposed work schedule, and got the work done in a timely manner by their proposed time. Working with contractors before, I knew it was not unusual for construction work to be delayed. I am very happy that with Green Ladder, this was not the case. It means a lot to us that the work was complete within the planned timeframe. The flooring, walls and new sink all look great!
